The Massachusetts Personal Injury Protection Lawyers, LLC was founded with a single focus — to represent the interests of medical providers in their fight for fair compensation. After years of litigating personal injury cases, our founding attorneys saw firsthand how hospitals, clinics, and therapists were often left unpaid or underpaid for their critical care.
Recognizing the gap in legal support for providers, we shifted our practice to meet that need. From the beginning, our mission has been clear: protect healthcare professionals from insurance tactics that delay or deny rightful payment. Today, we proudly serve providers across Massachusetts, many of whom refer others after experiencing our results-driven approach and client-first service.
Attorney Sean Lancey is a dedicated advocate for medical providers and injured individuals seeking the recovery of wrongfully denied Personal Injury Protection benefits. For more than a decade, Sean has focused his legal career on personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, developing deep experience and strategic insight into the no-fault claims process. His early career as in-house counsel for several leading national insurance companies gave him a comprehensive understanding of how insurers evaluate and defend PIP claims—a perspective he now uses to advocate for and ensure clients receive the compensation they are rightfully owed under Massachusetts no-fault insurance laws. Sean has built a strong reputation for securing outstanding results in PIP litigation, earning the trust of clients across the Commonwealth.
Prior to founding the firm, he spent ten years defending corporations and individuals in high-stakes cases involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability, construction accidents, and general tort claims.

He resides just south of Worcester, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children, and is committed to expanding the firm’s reach across the Commonwealth.
